How To: Create a Catalogue Request

Catalogues requests can be created for groups of customers, see How To: Create Bulk Catalogue Requests or for individual as follows, the sales from these catalogues can then be reported on in Sales Summary. Once they have been created they must be processed in the Catalogue Requests dialog in the Sales Invoice Manager, this should be done on a regular basis to prevent a build up of catalogue requests. The catalogue details that are displayed will be for the default catalogue.


  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Find and load the customer.
  3. Either:
    1. Press Ctrl+Alt+R or...
    2. Press F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the to open the 'Other Actions' menu. Select 'Contact Management...' then 'Catalogue Request' from the options.
  4. In the New Request dialog:
    1. Check the keycode and change if required.
    2. Check the address and change if required.
    3. Check the contact and change if required.
    4. Enter the quantity against the catalogue that the customer has requested.
  5. Click on 'OK'.
