This functionality is only available when Channels 2.0 is enabled.
To synchronise stock levels between Reverb and Khaos Control, you must first create the product listing on Reverb and then create a matching stock item in Khaos Control using the same SKU.
Once configured, Khaos Control will use the SKU to match the Reverb listing and automatically update stock levels.

Create the Listing on Reverb

  1. Log in to your Reverb account using the account authorised during the Reverb channel setup.
  2. Click Sell.
  3. Enter the product name into the search field.
  4. Either:
    • Select the matching product if it is found, or
    • Click Can't find it? Start a listing from scratch if no suitable match exists.
  5. Complete the listing details as required.
    Important
    Make a note of the SKU entered in the Advanced Options section. This SKU must match the stock code created in Khaos Control.

Listing Requirements

When creating the listing, ensure the following settings are configured correctly:

Multiple Quantities

If you are selling more than one of the same item:
  • Set the Condition to either:
    • Brand New, or
    • B Stock
  • Set Inventory to:
    • I Have More Than One
  • Set # In Stock to 1

UPC Codes

  • If you have a UPC code, enter it in Advanced Options.
  • If no UPC code is available, tick UPC Exempt.

Product Images

At least one product image must be uploaded before the listing can be completed.

Shipping

Enter the appropriate shipping information for the product.

Create the Matching Stock Item in Khaos Control

  1. Open the [ Stock | List ] screen.
  2. Create a new stock item.
  3. Enter the SKU recorded from the Reverb listing.
    Important
    The SKU in Khaos Control must exactly match the SKU used on Reverb for the item to be linked successfully.

Add the Item to the Reverb Channel

  1. Open the [ Channels | Detail | Stock ] screen for the Reverb channel.
  2. Enter Edit Mode.
  3. In the lower Stock grid, click New or press F3.
  1. Select the newly created stock item.
  2. Assign a stock profile if required.
  3. Press Ctrl + S or click Save.

Synchronisation

Once the item has been configured:
  1. Sync Broker will match the Reverb listing to the Khaos Control stock item using the SKU.
  2. When stock is received into Khaos Control, stock levels will be uploaded automatically to Reverb.
  3. Future stock changes will continue to synchronise automatically through the Reverb channel.

Tips

  • Always use a unique SKU for each product.
  • Ensure the SKU matches exactly between Reverb and Khaos Control.
  • Upload clear product images before publishing the Reverb listing.
  • Check shipping settings carefully before making listings live.
  • If synchronisation does not occur, verify that the stock item has been added to the Reverb channel and that the SKU matches exactly.
