How To: Create Reports showing Sales to Countries



The user must have permission to be able to configure grids in [ System Data | Users | User Permissions ].

If you wish to see your sales to all countries:

  1. Open a Sales Summary screen (show me how).
  2. Click on the Invoices screen.
  3. Open the grid menu Btngridmenu.jpg.
  4. Select Configure Grid.
  5. Use the Edit Profile for drop-down to select whether you want the columns to be visible for the current user or for users belonging to a specific user profile.
  6. In the Grid Area of the dialog, select the Country column.
  7. Untick the Hide Column checkbox BtnTriStNoXP.jpg.
  8. Click 'OK' to save the grid profile and close the dialog.
  9. The Country column will be displayed in the grid.
  10. In the F4 dialog set all the filters you require, for example the date range and run the report.

Notes:

  • You can sort the Country column and also group the country column using Ctrl+G.
  • You can reposition the Country column in the Configure Grid dialog by dragging and dropping the column to the position you require.
