How To: Disable a Keycode that has been entered against an order
Open a
Sales Order
screen
(show me how)

Find and load the appropriate Sales Order.
Press
Alt
+
E
or click
to enter edit mode.
Select the
[ Sales Order | Detail | Additional ]
tab.
Click the
button to the right of the green folder.
The Keycode is removed from the Tracking Keycode area, however, items added as a result of the keycode will not be removed from the sales order but prices will be updated.
