How To: Filter Stock User Defined Attributes (UDAs)

    • Date: click on the right side of the date field, select the specific date and select the comparison on the left:
    =: equal to.
    !=: not equal to.
    <: earlier than.
    <=: earlier than or equal to.

    Tri-State on (yes): filter for this option.
    Tri-State off (no): don't use the filter for this option.

    • Yes/No: tick the checkbox for yes or untick for no.
  3. Turn filter on by clicking on the adjacent traffic light to turn it to green.

FAQ

Q. Why don't I see any UDAs listed in the Stock screen's UDA filter?
A. Because:

  1. you are filtering stock by stock type; and
  2. UDA grouping is active (ie at least one stock UDA has a stock type specific UDA set); or
  3. none of the Stock UDAs have been grouped with the stock type you have selected.
