How To: Find all Empty Categories

Introduction
Website Categories setup and maintenance is an Advanced User feature.
This report identifies website categories that do not contain any stock items. It can be useful for maintaining your website structure, identifying unused categories and ensuring products are assigned to the correct locations.
Important: Please speak to your website developers before using this feature.
Prerequisite: Configuring and maintaining Web Categories requires HQ User permission.
View Empty Child Categories
- Open the Web Configuration screen.For help opening the screen, see How To: Open the Website Categories Screen.
- Select the Reports tab.
- Open the Empty Child Categories sub-tab.
- Select the number of category levels you want to include in the report.
- Click Go.
- Khaos Control will display all website categories within the selected level range that do not currently contain any stock items.
Export or Print the Results
Once the report has been generated, you can output the results using either of the following options:
