How To: Find prospects that have not ordered
One way of finding the last quarter's prospects that have not ordered is to use List Manager to create three lists:
- Customers sent catalogues in the last quarter
Use[ Sales Summary | Customers ]
to create a list. - Customers that have placed orders in the last quarter
Use[ Sales Summary | Customers ]
to create a list. - Prospects
Use List Manager to subtract list of "Customers that have placed orders" from "customers sent catalogues").
This list of prospects could be used to print address labels for a reminder mailshot, for example.
