How To: Prevent EPOS sales for Non-Account Customers being processed on account

This option enables the user to set a password that, when enabled, prevents the operator from putting an Order on Account.
This password is required when processing a non-Account Customer through EPOS on Account. Customers whose default payment type is Account do not require the password.
Where no Customer is defined, Khaos Control does not allow payment on Account. If an Account payment has been created for an Account Customer, and the transaction is subsequently changed to a Non-Account Customer, the Account payment will be deleted.
Once this option has been enabled, a password can be set in Admin Passwords under the Password EPOS Account Payments for Non-Account Customers.
Note: if no password has yet been set, no prompt for password will be displayed.
