How To: View a Customer's Cancelled Sales Order

A customer's cancelled sales orders can be viewed from their [ Customer Service | Sales Orders/Invoices ] screen along with the reason for the cancellation.

Structured Cancellation Reasons can be configured that force a sales order cancellation reason to be selected from the options configured in this grid. The user can add an optional free-text note, see How To: Use Structured Cancellation Reasons.

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Open the [ Customer Service | Sales Orders/Invoices ] screen.
  3. Tick the Show Cancelled checkbox at the top of the screen.
  4. Click on the GO button, the grid will display the cancelled order in red.
  5. To see the reason for the cancellation, focus on the cancelled order.
  6. Right click in the grid and select Show Cancelled Sales Order.
  7. The Audit Dialog displays the cancelled order along with the reason for the cancellation.

To see all cancelled orders for the customer:

  1. In the Audit Dialog:
    1. Select the Event Type of Cancellations and turn the traffic light to green.
    2. Find and load the customer using the and make sure the traffic light is green.
  2. Click on the Go button, the orders the customer has cancelled are displayed in the in the upper grid and the stock items in the lower grid.
