Non-buyers

There are different options for finding non-buyers in Khaos Control depending on what type of non-buyers you wish to find. As examples, [ Sales Summary | Customers ] and the List Manager can be used to:

• Find customers that have bought previously but not recently so you can send them the latest offers to tempt them back, see How To: Use the List Manager.
• Find all customers who have not bought over a specified period and who have the specified Keycode attached to their record, see How To: Find Non-Buyers who have a particular Keycode.
• Find customers who have had a catalogue using the catalogue request but who have not yet ordered anything; they can then be emailed or added to a call list, see How To: Identify Catalogue Requests that have not resulted in a sale.
