Scheduled Shipments Current Queue Tab


Scheduled Shipments is not enabled by default.

Note: there will be additional costs involved if this option is enabled.

The Current Queue screen shows currently queued shipments waiting to be processed.

Current Queue Grid

The Current Queue grid lists the shipments waiting to be processed. The headings are:

  • Customer:
    • URN: the customer URN.
    • Customer: the customer's name.
  • Status:
    • Ship Date: the date of the shipment (sales order creation date).
    • Reject Date: the date of rejection if processing was rejected.
    • Reject Description: the rejection reason if processing was rejected:
      • Unissued Invoices: the customer has unissued invoices.
      • Auto Credit Stop: the customer is over their credit limit.
      • Manual Credit Stop: the customer is on manual credit stop.
      • Failed: due to other reasons such as an invalid keycode.
    • Force: the item has been marked as Forced in the context menu for forced processing of the shipment despite any rejection reason.
    • Order: the sequential number assigned to the scheduled shipment in the grid when it is added to the grid.

Context Menu

  • Goto Shipment: opens the related shipment schedule.
  • Goto Customer: opens the associated customer.
  • Remove & Skip: removes the shipment from queue, it will be skipped and not added again.
  • Remove without Skipping: removes the shipment from the queue, it will be added again.
  • Mark Selected as Forced: force processing of the shipment despite any rejection reason.
  • Mark Selected as NOT Forced: clears the forced marker.
  • Clear Selection: clears any selected lines.

Queue Processing Area

The Queue Processing area has the processing buttons and options. The components are:

  • Add To Queue: adds shipments whose shipment dates have arrived.
  • Process Rows: processes the first shipment(s) and generates the sales order.
    Note: double clicking on the above buttons toggles between manual (red) and automatic (green) processing. Khaos Control needs to be running for automatic processing to work.
  • Process at Once: the number of shipments to add to the queue and process at once.
  • Accelerate Rejections: the accelerate rejections option is used to control the frequency of when the Process Row(s) function is called.
