How To: Disable a Keycode that has been entered against an order

1. Open a Sales Order screen.
2. Find and load the appropriate Sales Order.
3. Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
4. Select the [ Sales Order | Detail | Additional ] tab.
5. Click the   button to the right of the green folder.
6. The Keycode is removed from the Tracking Keycode area, however, items added as a result of the keycode will not be removed from the sales order but prices will be updated.
