How To: Export Price Lists

Export All Price Lists

XML Document containing a list of all the stock items and stock types along with their Price List information for all the Price Lists setup on the system.

1. Open a Promotion screen (show me how).
2. Press F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the  to open the 'Other Actions' menu.
3. Select Import/Export -> Export -> XML Price List Export (All).
4. In the XML Export File dialog select the location to save the file.
5. Give the file a name and then click on Save.
6. A message will be displayed informing the user that the Price List has been exported and the filename and path where the XML and text files have been saved.
7. Click on OK.

Export Stock Item / Price List Price List

This option creates an XML file for selected Stock Item / Price List Price List.

1. Open a Promotion screen (show me how).
2. Open the [ Promotions | Price List | Stock Item / Price List ] screen.
3. Load the Price List you wish to export.
4. Press F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the  to open the 'Other Actions' menu.
5. Select Import/Export -> Export -> XML Stock Item / Price List.
6. In the XML Export File dialog select the location to save the file.
7. Give the file a name and then click on Save.
8. A message will be displayed informing the user that the Price List has been exported and the filename and path where the XML and text files have been saved.
9. Click on OK.
