Company Types
Introduction
Company Types provide an additional way to categorise customers and suppliers beyond the standard Company Class.
They allow you to group businesses into more specific categories for marketing, reporting and sales analysis.
For example:
| Company Class | Company Type Examples |
|---|---|
| Hotel | Less than 20 Beds, 20 to 50 Beds, More than 50 Beds |
| Trade | Hardware, Pet Food, Haberdashery |

This additional level of classification can provide greater insight into your customer base and support more targeted sales and marketing activities.
