How To: Add UDAs to customer records en masse
User Defined Attributes can be changed for groups of customers updating their customer record with the new information.
- Open a Customer screen .
- Filter for the customers you wish to update.
- Green select the customers.
- Right click and select
Update Selected Companies' UDAs
from the context menu. - Focus on the required UDA in the grid.
- Make the selection from the options on the right.
Note: the options available will depend on the UDA choices defined against the UDA. e.g. aList
will have multiple checkboxes and aChoice
will feature a dropdown with exclusive options. - Click on OK.
Note: If a UDA filter has been applied prior to changes being made, the screen will need to be refreshed or reloaded for the changes to be visible.
