How To: Add UDAs to customer records en masse

User Defined Attributes can be changed for groups of customers updating their customer record with the new information.

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Filter for the customers you wish to update.
  3. Green select the customers.
  4. Right click and select Update Selected Companies' UDAs from the context menu.
  5. Focus on the required UDA in the grid.
  6. Make the selection from the options on the right.
    Note: the options available will depend on the UDA choices defined against the UDA. e.g. a List will have multiple checkboxes and a Choice will feature a dropdown with exclusive options.
  7. Click on OK.
    Note: If a UDA filter has been applied prior to changes being made, the screen will need to be refreshed or reloaded for the changes to be visible.
