How To: Generate Standing Orders

Standing Orders are created and maintained at customer level. Once a Standing Order has been configured, see How To: Create Standing Orders, you must run the generation process to create the required Sales Orders.
Generate Standing Orders
- Open a Customer screen (show me how).
- Open the Other Actions menu by:
- Pressing F9, or
- Clicking the down arrow next to the green circle with a white cross icon on the toolbar.
- Select Create Standing Orders.
- Khaos Control will generate any Standing Orders that are due to be created.
Result
The system will create the required Sales Orders based on the Standing Order schedules that have been configured for your customers.
Additional Information
Note: This process can be automated. If enabled, Khaos Control can automatically generate Standing Orders when an administrator logs in for the first time each day.

Tips
- Review your Standing Order schedules regularly to ensure orders are generated on the correct dates.
- Run the generation process before processing daily orders if automatic generation is not enabled.
- Check the generated Sales Orders to confirm quantities, pricing and delivery details are correct before further processing.
