How To: Open the Back Order Associations Dialog

The Back Order Associations dialog allows you to view the relationships between back orders and their associated stock movements. You can open this dialog from several areas within Khaos Control ERP.
Open Back Order Associations from Sales Orders
- Open the Sales Orders grid.
- Right-click the required sales order.
- Select Stock Assignment.
- Select Back Orders.
- Click View Associations....
Open Back Order Associations from Purchase Orders
- Open Purchase Orders.
- Right-click the required purchase order.
- Select Back Order.
- Click View Associations....
Open Back Order Associations from Back Order (Stock Assignment)
- Open [ Sales Invoice Manager | Back Order (Stock Assignment) ].
- Right-click the required back order.
- Select View Stock Associations....
Additional Information
The Back Order Associations dialog provides visibility of how stock has been allocated and linked between sales orders, purchase orders, and back order records. This can be useful when investigating stock availability, tracking expected receipts, or understanding how customer demand is being fulfilled.
