How To: Quarantine Stock Items

If you are using Advanced Warehouse Control you will need to follow the instructions on How To: Quarantine Stock from a Warehouse Stock Location

To manually quarantine stock items:

1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
2. Load the stock item you wish to quarantine.
3. Press F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the to open the 'Other Actions' menu.
   • Write Off/Quarantine.
     • Quarantine Stock Item.
4. Enter the amount of stock items to quarantine.
5. Click on OK, the stock totals in the bottom right hand corner of the Stock Properties screen will have been updated.
