How To: Search for Quarantined Stock Items

Introduction
The Quarantine Warehouse allows you to view stock that has been placed into quarantine and is not currently available for normal use or sale.
You can use the Quarantine Warehouse view to:
- Check which items are currently quarantined.
- Review the quantity of stock held in quarantine.
- Sort and analyse quarantined stock levels.
- Print a list of quarantined items for reporting or review purposes.
View the Quarantine Warehouse
- Open a Stock screen. (Show me how)
- Right-click within the Stock grid.
- Select Warehouse Control from the context menu.
- Double-click the Quarantine warehouse.
- A grid displaying all quarantined stock items will be shown.
Understanding the Quarantine Grid
The grid displays all stock currently held in the Quarantine Warehouse.
Level
The Level column shows the quantity of each item currently quarantined at that warehouse.
This allows you to quickly identify:
- Which products are in quarantine.
- How many units are being held.
- Items requiring further investigation or action.
Sort and Analyse Quarantined Stock
You can sort the grid by the Level column to view:
- Items with the highest quantities in quarantine.
- Items with low quantities awaiting release or disposal.
- Overall quarantine stock levels.
Print the Quarantine List
If you need a printed copy of the current quarantine stock, you can print the grid directly.

The Quarantine Warehouse provides a central view of all stock currently awaiting inspection, approval or further processing. Regularly reviewing quarantine levels can help ensure stock issues are identified and resolved promptly, maintaining accurate inventory records throughout Khaos Control.
