How To: View stock sales and levels across sites

The Stock Value | Site Stock screen allows you to view stock holdings and sales across one or more sites. You can report on either quantities or values, making it easy to compare current stock levels against sales performance.
Open the Site Stock Report
- Open an Accounts screen (show me how).
- Open the [ Stock Value | Site Stock ] screen.
Configure the Report
Choose the filters that best suit your reporting requirements:
Site
Select the Site or sites you want to report on.
Tip: The current site is selected by default.
Date Range
Select the Sales Order date range you want to report on.
Note: By default, the report is set to the previous month from today's date.The date range only affects the Sales Order figures. Stock holding figures always display the current stock levels for the selected site or sites.
Level 2 Stock Type (Optional)
Select a Level 2 Stock Type to limit the results to a specific stock category.
Important: If you use this filter, ensure the traffic light filter is set to Green.
Show Stock
Select Show Stock to include the current In Stock quantities or values for the selected sites.
Show Sales
Select Show Sales to include sales figures for the selected sites.
Quantity or Value
Choose one of the following options:
- Quantity – Displays stock and sales quantities.
- Value – Displays stock and sales values.
Note: When Value is selected, the report uses the current Sell Price and Stock Value from the [ Stock | Detail | Properties ] screen.
Run the Report
- Click Go to populate the results grid.
- Review the returned stock and sales information for the selected sites.
- If required, you can:
- Print the grid as a report.
- Send the results to Notepad for further review or export.
Additional Information
- Stock figures always reflect the current stock holding for the selected site or sites.
- Sales figures are filtered according to the selected Sales Order date range.
- Reporting on multiple sites allows you to compare stock availability and sales performance across your business.
