Quotation Weighting
The quotation weighting and percentage listed in this screen are used in the [ CRM Manager | Quotes (Opportunities) ] screen to work out the potential success of converting a quote to a sales order and the Weighted Value of the pending quotations in the system.
Quotation Weighting Grid
- Description: the description of the weighting, see below for examples.
- Weighting: the percentage associated with the weighting, see below for examples.

| 2 - Quote sent and still in with a chance | 30 |
| 3 - Verbal agreement or Warm | 50 |
| 4 - Written agreement or Hot | 80 |

Quotation Weighting Context Menu
- Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
- Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
