System Data Report Profile Folders
The screen enables Admin Users to setup groups of report folders so that only users that have been given the ability can view and edit specific Data Query reports in the Data Query report screen, for more information see Access to Data Query Report screen.
The grid consists of:
- Profile: the profile as setup in the
[ System Data | Report Profile Folders ]screen, for example Marketing, Sales, Purchasing. - Report Folder: this lists the report folders that are currently setup in the Data Query report screen, enabling the Admin User to link a profile with a folder containing reports specific to their role.
