System Data Report Profiles

Introduction
Report Profiles work alongside System Data | Report Profile Folders to help control access to the Data Query Report screen.
Using Report Profiles allows you to define which users can view and edit reports within specific report folder groups. This helps ensure that users only have access to the reports relevant to their role or department.
Profile Fields
The Report Profiles screen contains a single column:

| Profile Name | The name of the profile or group that will be granted access to view and edit reports within a specific folder group. Folder groups are configured in [ System Data | Report Profile Folders ] and may include departments such as Marketing, Sales, or Purchasing. |

- Report Profiles and Report Profile Folders work together to manage access to reports.
- Access permissions are applied at the folder group level.
- Users assigned to a profile can view and maintain reports stored within the folders associated with that profile.
