Customer Other Delivery Rounds/Call List Tab
Customers can be added to delivery rounds and telesales call sheets from this screen. Although delivery rounds and call sheets can be set up from the 'Repeat Orders' form, this section makes it easier to modify these details for a single customer.
Note: Call List entries for a specific date are not displayed in this screen.
The screen is divided into two areas; Delivery Rounds and Telesales Call Lists.
Delivery Rounds
This area consists of:
- Delivery Round drop down: list of current delivery rounds.
- : add selected delivery round to the grid, see How To: Add a Customer to a Delivery Round.
- : remove selected delivery round from the grid, see How To: Delete a Customer from a Delivery Round.
- Delivery Round Grid: lists all delivery rounds the current customer is on.
Telesales Call List
This area consists of:
- User drop down: list of current call list users.
- Day of week drop down: the day of the week the for the call list.
- : add selected day of the week to the grid, see How To: Add a Customer to a Telesales Call List.
- : remove selected day of the week from the grid, see How To: Delete a Customer from a Telesales Call List.
- Telesales Call List Grid
- User: the telesales call list user.
- Day: of the week.
- Time: of the telesales call.
Note: the information in this grid cannot be edited. The Call Lists are created and edited in the[ Repeat Orders | Call List Setup ]
