How To: Move Customer Temporarily to another Delivery Round

  1. Open a Repeat Orders screen (show me how).
  2. Open the [ Delivery Rounds ] tab.
  3. Select the required delivery round from the 'Round Code' drop-down menu.
  4. Green select the customer or customers to be temporarily moved to an alternative delivery round.
  5. Right-click on the selected lines and select Move Customer (Temporary).
  6. In the Please Select Destination popup select the alternative temporary delivery round.
  7. Click on OK.
  8. In the Move until... popup enter the date date that the customers are moved onto the new round until.
  9. Click on OK.
  10. In the Confirm popup confirming that you wish to Move any active orders for this customer to the new delivery round? Click Yes. The system will reallocate the selected customer(s) orders to the new temporary delivery round.

Notes:

  1. Any customer who has been moved temporarily will have (Temporary) in their Notes field in the [ Delivery Rounds ] tab.
  2. You will need to close (if already open) and re-open Sales Invoice [ Invoice Manager ] to view and print the new delivery round combined picksheets.
