EBay Global Shipping Programme
Khaos Control now handles the import of eBay orders which are to be delivered to eBay's shipping centre for fulfillment to global destinations. This is known on eBay as the Global Shipping Programme (GSP).
At this time, it is not possible to create new listings from Khaos Control with the GSP option enabled, but it is on the road-map for future system development.
Enabling GSP on your eBay Seller Account
The GSP option will need to be enabled on your eBay seller account. Once this has been carried out you will be able to create new listings with the GSP shipping option. To enable this option:
- In your eBay seller account, navigate to [ My eBay | Account | Site Preferences ].
- Select Yes, to Offer the Global Shipping Programme option.
Changes to Khaos Control
Khaos Control has been modified so that any orders which are placed for delivery overseas will import with the correct ship to address and courier costs. The sales order will now have an additional address called Ship To which will, by default, set the delivery to go to the eBay fulfillment centre.
Basic Reports
You may wish to amend your Basic Reports, such as Invoice or Picking Note, to show the new delivery address, where appropriate. See How To: Show the Ship To address using Basic Reports.
