How To: Amend and Edit a Pack Item

The following options describe how to amend and edit a pack type stock relationship in the parent stock item Relationships screen.

Notes:

  1. Nested Build relationships are supported.
  2. Nested Move With/Pack/Bundle relationships are NOT supported

Remove a Child Item

  1. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  2. Focus on the child item.
  3. Click on the PackBuildRemove1.jpg button.
  4. In the Confirm popup click on 'Yes'.
  5. In the 'Put quantity back in stock' popup enter the quantity as required.
    1. If 'Yes' enter the quantity of the child item(s) to return to stock.
    2. Click on 'Ok'.

Amend the Quantity of a Child Item

  1. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  2. Focus on the child item.
  3. Click on the PackBuildChange1.jpg button.
  4. In the Confirm popup click on 'Yes'.
  5. In the Change Value popup change the quantity.
  6. Click 'OK'.

Remove all Child Items from a Pack

  1. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  2. Click on the PackBuildRemove2.jpg button.
  3. In the 'Confirm' popup click on 'Yes', all child items will be removed.

Set the Tax Portion for a Pack

  1. To refresh the Tax Portion calculation click PackBuildTaxP1.jpg.
  2. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save. The Tax Portion will have been recalculated.
