How To: Create barcodes to login Users into the HHT



New HHT is not enabled by default.
Training must be completed before using the HHT2 functionality.

Note: there will be additional costs involved if this option is enabled.

It is possible to create a barcode that users can scan into the HHT to login. The users must be setup beforehand, see How To: Setup HHT Users.

  1. Open your Test (not Live) Khaos Control system.
  2. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
  3. Press Ctrl+N or click the New item icon is the button bar's NEW button .
  4. Enter the user's initials into the Stock Code field.
  5. Enter the user's HHT password in the Other Ref field.
  6. Add the user's name into the Description field.
  7. Select a Level 2 Stock Type.
  8. To add an image of the user, open the [ Telesales/Internet Primary ] screen.
  9. Press F3 or click the NEW ITEM button has an icon that shows two sheets of paper (identified by having the top right corner folded down), arranged diagonally on the icon from top left to bottom right to add a new item.
  10. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save.
  11. Open the [ Stock | List ] screen.
  12. Find and green select the user(s).
  13. Right Click and select Print then Stock Bar Code Book.
  14. Select Other Ref from the drop down and click on OK.

You may wish to remove the login details from your Test system; to do this simply run CopyLive2Test.
