How To: Setup Users on New HHT
The New HHT functionality is not enabled by default and must be configured before it can be used.
Important: Training must be completed before using HHT2 functionality.

Note: Additional charges apply when this feature is enabled.
Before a user can log in and use HHT2, they must be configured in System Data with:
- User Permissions
- User Profiles
Configure User Permissions
Each user who will access HHT2 must have the appropriate permissions enabled.
- Open a System Data screen (show me how).
- Open the Users screen.
- Highlight the user you want to enable for HHT2.
- Right-click the user and select Edit User Permissions.
- In the Special section, tick HHT User.
- Replace the existing EPOS sign-on code with a password.Important: The password must be unique and cannot be shared with any other user.
- Click OK to save the changes.
Configure User Profiles
User profiles determine which HHT functions are available to each user.
- Open a System Data screen (show me how).
- Open the Users screen.
- Highlight the user you wish to configure.
- Right-click and select Define Profiles.
- When prompted, click Yes and allow Khaos Control to scan the user's available screens.
- In the Profile Management screen, select the profile you want to update.
- Open the HHT Profiles tab.
- Tick the options required for that profile.
- Repeat for any additional profiles as required.
- Click OK to save your changes.
Additional Information
Before granting access to HHT2, ensure that:
- The HHT2 feature has been enabled on your system.
- All users have completed the required HHT2 training.
- Each user has a unique HHT password.
- Appropriate HHT profile permissions have been configured.
Correctly configuring both permissions and profiles ensures users can access the required HHT functions while maintaining appropriate security and access control.
