How To: Delete a Comment for a Stock Item

  1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
  2. Load the required stock item.
  3. Open the [ Stock | Detail | Complaints / Extended ] tab.
  4. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  5. Focus in the required line to delete.
  6. Click on the the DELETE ITEM button has an icon that shows two sheets of paper (identified by having the top right corner folded down), arranged diagonally on the icon from top left to bottom right and overlaid with a red cross. button (located to the top left of the grid) to delete the line.
  7. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save.

Note: If a comment or complaint has been created via a customer record it cannot be deleted from the stock item.
