How To: Delete a Complaint for a Stock Item
- Open a Stock screen .
- Load the required stock item.
- Open the
[ Stock | Detail | Complaints / Extended ]
tab. - Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
- Focus in the required line to delete.
- Click on the button (located to the top left of the grid) to delete the line.
- Press Ctrl+S or click to save.
Note: If a comment or complaint has been created via a customer record it cannot be deleted from the stock item.
