How To: Move Invoices into the User Tray

Users must have Drag and Drop permission in the Sales Invoice section in User Permissions in order to add items into the User Tray

Links to invoices can be added into the User Tray from within the Sales Invoice Manager, see below, and also from the customer Statement and [ Customer | Customer Service | Sales Orders/Invoices ] screens, see How To: Print Copies of Archived Invoices. Copies of the invoices can then be printed from the User Tray.

  1. Open a Sales Invoice Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Find and focus on the invoice you wish to add to the User Tray.
    Note: orders that occupy a Returns stage cannot be placed in the User Tray.
  3. Drag it and drop it onto the User Tray.
    Note: you can green-select more than one invoice and move them into the User Tray at the same time.
