How To: Prompt the user to replace an item on a Purchase Order

The user can be prompted to replace an item on a purchase order; all the user has to do to replace the item is click on the button in the prompt.

1. Open a Promotion screen (show me how).
2. Open the [ Telesale Rules ] tab.
3. Press Ctrl+N or click .
4. Type the Telesale Prompt title in the Short Description field.
5. Select the Purchase radio button.
6. Type the relevant text in the Long Description field, for example 'this item is the old model please replace'.
7. Click on the in the 'Replacement Stock Item'.
8. Double-click on the replacement item to add it to the 'Replacement Stock Item' field.
9. Select the Trigger Items tab below.
10. Press F3 or click to add a new item.
11. Select the trigger item that is to be replaced with the item selected above.
12. Set any other options as required.
13. Press Ctrl+S or click to save once you have finished.
