How To: Report on failed BigCommerce Orders when using New Channels

WARNING: The information included on this page is only available within Khaos Control if New Channels is enabled

  1. Type chan into the command window .
  2. Double click on the relevant BigCommerce channel.
  3. Open the [ Channel | Detail | Imports ] screen.
  4. Set the Import Status filter to Failed and turn the traffic light filter green.
  5. Press the refresh button to populate the grid with results.
  6. Use the BigCommerce order number to find the order log from the Order Ref column.
  7. See the Error field for why the order has failed.
