Create Appointment
Short-Cut Keys = Ctrl+ Shift+B
Quickly creates a new appointment in the Khaos Control diary for the currently active customer from anywhere in the system. If no company records are open then no company will be set againt the actions.
Create Action
Short-Cut Keys = Ctrl+ Shift+T
Quickly creates an action reminder for the currently active customer from anywhere in the system. If no company records are open then no company will be set against the actions.

Create Task
Quickly creates a new task (with optional action reminder) for the currently active customer from anywhere in the system. If no company records are open then no company will be set againt the actions.

Create Comm Log Entry
Short-Cut Keys = Ctrl+ Shift+C
Loads the Comm Log Entry Dialog allowing the user to quickly create a new communication log entry against the currently active customer from anywhere in the system.
You are able to link an external file (such as a Word document file) into a customer's communication log. For example if your communication log entry indicates you have sent a letter, then you can use this function to link the letter to the customer for future reference. As well as this option you can drag-and-drop a file into the communication log grid when you have a customer record loaded.
Universal Lookup
Short-Cut Keys = Ctrl+ Shift+L
Allows users to find references with a given ID for example; stock codes, customer or supplier URNs, see Universal Lookup for more details.
Default Notes
Default Notes allow the user to define system wide notes that the system will apply to all sales orders (for example), so that messages such as "Happy Christmas..." or "Special Offer Stock of Item X must go". Notes can also be defined against customers as defaults too (see Customers - CRM - Free Text Notes). See Default Notes for more information.
