Feature Definitions
KCC Compatible
Indicates whether the courier integration is compatible with Khaos Control Cloud (KCC).
Integrated Labels
Indicates whether shipping labels can be generated directly through the courier integration.
Incoterms
Indicates whether the integration supports Incoterms for international shipping and customs processing.
Currency Code Support
Indicates whether the courier accepts multiple currency codes during shipment creation.
Uses Base Currency Values
Indicates whether shipment values are sent using the system's base currency.
Harmonisation / ICN Codes
Indicates whether commodity codes, harmonisation codes or ICN codes can be transmitted to the courier.
Shipper EORI Numbers
Indicates whether the sender's EORI number can be included in shipment data.
Customer EORI Numbers
Indicates whether the recipient's EORI number can be included in shipment data.
Country of Origin
Indicates whether the country of origin can be supplied for exported goods.

1. Amazon Buy Shipping
This integration only supports shipping for Amazon orders.
2. Hermes Integrations
Multiple Hermes integrations are available; however, the services are not compatible with one another.
Before requesting a Hermes integration, you should confirm which Hermes service you intend to use so that the correct integration can be configured.
3. Wayfair Integration
The Wayfair integration only supports Wayfair order processing.
This is a tailored solution that requires development work before it can be used, due to the unique way Wayfair operates.
