How To: Create Quotation Reasons
Quotation reasons are used when quotes are marked as unsuccessful in the [ Quotes (Opportunities) ]
screen. Once assigned to an unsuccessful quote they can be filtered in the grid.
- Open a System Data screen .
- Open the
[ CRM Manager | Quotation Reasons ]
screen. - Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
- Press F3 or click to add a new item.
- Enter Reason into "Quotation Reason" Column, for example competitor price match, too expensive or unhelpful salesperson.
- Repeat steps three and four as appropriate.
- Press Ctrl+S or click to save.
