How To: Add Customer To Telesales Call List

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Load the required customer record.
  3. Open the [ Customer | Detail | Other | Delivery Rounds/Call List ] tab.
  4. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  5. Select the user operating the telesales call list from the User drop-down list.
  6. Select the day of the telesales call list from the Day drop-down list.
    Note: 01 = Sunday.
  7. Click the green down arrow icon the green down arrow button.
  8. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save the record.

Note: Call Lists are set up in the [ Repeat Orders | Call List Setup ] screen.
