Email Manager Other Actions Menu

The Other Actions menu within the Email Template area provides additional tools for managing email templates and creating email content from external data sources.
To open the Other Actions menu:
- Press F9, or
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the green Add button at the top of the screen.
Available Options
CSV Email Creator
Opens the CSV Email Creator dialog.
This tool allows you to create personalised emails using data from a CSV file, making it easier to generate bulk communications while inserting customer-specific information into the email content.
Duplicate Email Template
Creates a copy of an existing email template.
This is useful when you want to create a new template based on an existing one without having to rebuild the content from scratch. The duplicated template can then be edited and customised as required.
