  2. Select Apps from the menu.
  3. Click View Private Apps in the top-right corner.

Download POS Orders

This setting controls whether Shopify Point of Sale (POS) transactions are imported into Khaos Control.

If Enabled

POS transactions will:
  • Be imported as standard sales orders.
  • Require processing through Sales Invoice Manager.
  • Update stock within Khaos Control through the normal order workflow.

If Disabled

POS transactions will not be imported.
This option is generally suitable when:
  • Shopify POS stock is managed independently.
  • Khaos Control is not responsible for controlling POS stock levels.
  1. Press Ctrl + S or click Save.

Additional Information

  • The Shopify URL and Shop Access Token are required for successful integration.
  • The Shopify private app must have the correct permissions configured before Khaos Control can communicate with Shopify.
  • POS order imports are optional and should only be enabled where stock is managed through Khaos Control.
  • Changes to Shopify app credentials may require the channel settings to be updated within Khaos Control.
