Manual Refund Dialog
The Manual Refund dialog allows a user to process a refund for cash, cheque or manually authorised credit cards. The Manual Refund dialog is located from the Refund | Refund Credit Note or Payment (manual)
option from the Statement Transactions Grid's Context Menu on the [ Customer / Supplier | Detail | Statement ]
screen.
- Bank Account Refund will be taken from: the bank the refund is to be charged to.
- Refund Date: the date of the refund.
- Refund Amount: the amount that is to be refunded.
- Payment Type: the method of refund, e.g. cash, cheque etc.
- Refund Ref (default=blank): a reference number for the refund.
- Refund Auth Code (default=Manual): the refund authorisation number (if relevant).
