System Data Task Priorities
Task Priorities
Task Priorities help you categorise and manage tasks within Khaos Control. By assigning a priority level to a task, users can quickly identify which actions need immediate attention and which can be dealt with later.
Typical priority levels include:
- Urgent
- ASAP
- High Priority
- Normal
- Non-Urgent
- On Hold
These priorities can then be used throughout the CRM and task management areas of the system to assist with filtering, reporting and workload management.
Where Task Priorities Are Used
Task Priorities can be assigned when creating or managing tasks in the following areas:
CRM Manager Tasks
The Priority column is available in the [ CRM Manager | Tasks ] screen.
This screen contains the global list of tasks across the system.
Features include:
- F4 lookup for selecting a priority.
- Filtering tasks using the Priority filter.
- Viewing and managing tasks based on urgency.
Scheduling Tasks from Lead Communications
When creating a task using Schedule Task from the context menu within the [ CRM Manager | Comm Log (Leads) ] screen, the New Task dialog includes a Priority drop-down field.
This allows the urgency of the task to be specified when it is created.

The Priority column is available within the [ Customer / Supplier | Detail | CRM | Tasks ] screen.
This area contains tasks associated with the currently loaded customer or supplier record.
Customer Communication Log Tasks

Apply Value Range
