Accounts Debt Management Trade Experience Tab

Overview

The Trade Experience screen provides a historical view of a customer's payment behaviour by analysing their statement over a specified number of weeks.
Using this information, you can identify:
  • How quickly a customer pays their invoices.
  • Trends in payment behaviour over time.
  • The customer's turnover.
  • Whether current credit terms remain appropriate.
The report displays weekly snapshots of a customer's account, allowing you to review payment performance and assess credit risk more effectively.
Note: The Trade Experience report can also be run for suppliers and creditors to review your business's payment history with them.
The report can be printed using the Print button on the toolbar.
