Consignments List Tab

The Consignment List screen provides an overview of all consignments that have been created in Khaos Control. It allows you to monitor consignment activity, check delivery dates, filter records, and view key shipment information in one place.
This screen is read-only. To update a consignment, open it in the [ Consignment | Detail | Consignment ] screen.
Filtering Consignments
Use the filters at the top of the screen to narrow down the consignments displayed in the grid.
Supplier
Filter consignments by supplier.
- Use the supplier lookup button (traffic light filter) to search for and select a supplier.
- Only consignments matching the selected supplier will be displayed.
Status
Filter consignments by their current status.
For example, you may want to view only consignments that are in transit, pending delivery, or completed.
Delivered
Use this option to display:
- Delivered consignments
- Undelivered consignments
- All consignments
Date From and Date To
Filter consignments within a specific date range.
- The screen automatically defaults to a nine-week date range.
- Adjust the dates as required.
Note: Click Go after changing any filter settings to refresh the grid.
Consignment Grid
The grid displays detailed information about each consignment.

| URN | The customer's URN. |
| Name | The customer's name. |
| Supplier URN | The supplier's URN. |
| Supplier Name | The supplier's name. |
| Status | The current status of the consignment. |
| C. Type | The container type. |
| Container No | The container number. |
| Vessel | The ship or aircraft carrying the consignment. |
| Port (Dep) | The departure port or airport. |
| Port (Dis) | The discharge or destination port or airport. |
| Code | The consignment code. |
| # Pallets | The total number of pallets within the consignment. |
| # Cartons | The total number of cartons within the consignment. |
| Date Dep. | The date the consignment was created or departed. |
| Date Del. | The expected delivery date. By default, this is one month after the departure date. |
Context Menu Options
Right-click a consignment to access additional options.
Go To Customer
Opens the customer record for the currently highlighted consignment.
This can be useful if you need to review customer details while monitoring a shipment.
Clear Selection
Removes the current row selection from the grid.
Additional Information
- The Consignment List is designed for viewing and monitoring consignments.
- Consignment records cannot be edited directly from this screen.
- Changes must be made in the [ Consignment | Detail | Consignment ] screen.
- The Date Del. field is automatically calculated as one month after the departure date unless updated within the consignment record.
- Filters can be combined to help locate specific consignments more quickly.
