How To: View Tracking

To enhance your audit trail and assist with error reporting, you should track the movement of invoices in each stage of the [ Sales Invoice Manager ]. This screen will return the system recorded movements of the customer's invoices as they move through the selected stages of the Sales Invoice Manager.

Note: the stages that the system tracks are defined by Editing the Process Path via the Other Actions Menu in the Sales Invoice Manager.
  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Load the required customer record.
  3. Open the [ Detail | Customer Service | Tracking ] tab.
  4. Adjust the Date From and Date To fields using the drop-down calendars.
    Note: by default the date range filter is on, to turn it off, click BtnTrafficOn.jpg to turn it BtnTrafficOff.jpg.
  5. Click on the Go button to populate the grid.
