Courier Options Dialog - ParcelForce ExpressLink V14
The ParcelForce ExpressLink integration has been updated from V5 to V14. The configuration is carried out in the Courier Options dialog, the options will be different for each courier. You can copy the details from an existing courier to another similar one.
To load the Courier Options dialog, open [ System Data | Couriers ] screen, focus on the courier, right-click and select Configure from the context menu. For each option there is an explanation about what is does.
Notes
Nominal Weights can only be used on Boxes (at present). Nominal weights should be in base Khaos Control weight and will be modified by the weight scaling. The system will use:
- Actual Weight
- The consignment weight (items postage or average weight.)
- Nominal Weight

| Default Parcel Length | i.e. 10 | Parcel Length to use when not packing boxes. Measurement is in Centimeters. |
| Default Parcel Width | i.e. 5 | Parcel Width to use when not packing boxes. Measurement is in Centimeters. |
| Default Parcel height | i.e. 3 | Parcel height to use when not packing boxes. Measurement is in Centimeters. |
| Notification Types | i.e. EMAIL, SMS | Types of notification to send to the customer, this is defined by ParcelForce. Each value must be separated by a comma. |
| Label Folder | i.e. C:\KeysoneSoftware\Export\Labels | Folder where labels and other documents are saved to. If the field is left blank labels documents can only be printed immediately and cannot be used for integrated labels. |
| Minimum Unit Weight | i.e. 1 | Minimum weight for each stock unit. If the unit weight is below this value then this value will be used instead |
| Print Manifest | Enables the printing of shipping manifests when this option is switched on. | |
| Weight Scale | i.e.1 | The weight against your shipments will be multiplied by this scaling factor before being sent to the courier. |
| Nominal Weight | i.e. 1 | If this value is set and as order has no weight then this value will be used instead. |
| Dimension Scale | i.e. 1 | The dimensions against your shipment will be multiplied by this scaling factor before being sent to the courier. |
| Requires Consignment Ref | When ticked, sales invoices cannot be moved past the shipping stage in the unless the Consignment(s) have a consignment ref against them. | |
