How To: Add an Additional Telesale Rule Condition Tree

 Telesales Rules is an Advanced User feature.
  1. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  2. Focus on the condition you wish to add sub condition to in the tree on the left:
    Condition highlighted in TR screen that you wish to change
  3. Click on the IF button in Condition Detail Area button in the Condition Detail area on the right.
  4. Click on Yes in the Confirm popup.
  5. Focus on the new condition and change the type of condition using the 'Any (or all)' and True (or false) checkboxes in the Condition Detail area.
  6. Focus on Condition undefined button for the new condition in the Condition Tree on the left and configure the options in the Condition Detail area on the right.
  7. Click on the New button in Condition Detail Area button to add further conditions, for example:
    Condition highlighted in TR screen that you wish to change
