How To: Assign a Company to an Appointment or Action
- Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
- Click on the
[ Appointments & Actions (Diary) ]
tab. - Select the day for of the appointment or action from the calendar.
- Click in the appointment or action box in the grid (the small box in the top left will turn green).
- Click the button.
- Click the button or press F8.
- Use the filters to locate the company.
- Double click on the company.
- Select the correct contact from the drop-down selection.
- Click 'OK'.
