How To: Book Appointments in the Diary from the Comm Log
Appointments can be entered into the [ CRM Manager | Appointments and Actions (List)/(Diary) ]
screen from existing communication log entries. To create an entry in the communication log see:

screen.
Note: there is no associated entry made on the customer or supplier's Communication Log for the appointment using this option.
- Open a CRM Manager screen .
- Go to the
[ Comm Log (Leads) ]
tab. - Update the filters as required to help find the customer/supplier record and click on Go to populate the grid.
- Right-click on the customer/supplier you wish to book an appointment for and select 'Book Appointment...' from the context menu.
- In the New Appointment dialog enter:
- The description of the appointment.
- The duration of the appointment.
- The date of the appointment.
- The start time for the appointment.
- Amend the user for the appointment if required.
- Click on OK.
- Click on OK in the information popup, the entry will appear in the diary.
